I brought my 2025 Chevy Silverado in to have my hood repainted due to the dealer installed bug guard breaking off while driving on the highway which the piece of the bug guard came loose and did damage to the hood. The service dept. Has great communication and worked with me the best they could. It took a few months from the time the service dept. (JOSH) initiated the warranty claim until the rework was actually accomplished. I think it had to do with loaner vehicle availability for me since the repainting of the hood took a couple of days. I believe they did the best within their abilities to accomodate.

Not professional enough in my opinion. My salesperson Joe was great, but I did not enjoy the finance office interaction. Once I decided not to trade a car in (due to the extremely low offer) and also decided to pay cash (due to an insanely high rate of approximately 7.5%) I was basically told these were bad decisions. I thought the customer was always right? I will be buying a second car exactly like the one I bought, but may have to consider alternative options or dealers.
